Introduction to Eating for Peace TBA

Fall 2014 / Spring 2015  (a pre-requisite for joining the study group)

This three hour program invites us to explore how food is the foundation of our health. Instructor Cecilia McDonald is a graduate of the Kushi Institute.  She is president of 'Eating for Peace', a nonprofit organization which explores the contribution of food in achieving personal and world peace.  The program will touch on the following topics, in order to provide background information necessary prior to joining the study group.
