A Recipe Recommendation Session

is a one on one meeting with you and an Eating for Peace cook practitioner.  The focus of the session is on your particular needs, and how you can use food to bring peace and physical renewal to your life.  A natural and traditional diet, including modern
macrobiotic principles which many people have found helpful for improving their physical, mental and spiritual conditions, will be discussed.

Hippocrates, as well as many others from various early cultures around the world, taught that the quality of health is primarily determined by daily food choices. Along with lifestyle activities, eating and drinking choices are made every day which create or damage our health, which then affects our destiny. 
This session  examines 'our part' in this and offers choices we  can make in order to improve our conditions whether mental or physical, and thus contributes to a bright future, our birthright, for which we were created.
