This study group is for those wishing to become Eating for Peace cooks, or educators. It is also for those who simply desire for themselves, their family and friends, greater health and happiness. The program examines the history of eating for peace, how food and spirituality are connected, oriental diagnosis, and cooking for peace. Each weekly 3 hour session will include one hour each of: instruction, cooking demonstrations, and group discussion on specific conditions, meanwhile integrating how food provides a foundation of strength for our spiritual body. A life changing opportunity for yourself and those whose lives you touch.
